Story Synopsis:

A young man Karthik (Udaykiran) is at the beck and call of a villain merely because the latter had given him a few lakhs to bail his family out of difficult times and the villain in turn asks for the hero’s heart for transplantation as his only daughter suffers from a strange disease. Ekalavyudu sticks to his promise, wants to show his gratitude but suddenly undergoes a change of heart as he falls in love with Indu (Kruthi). He wants to repay the money to the villain and lead a normal life with Indu but the villain is not willing.The twist in the story happens when it is revealed that the villain is no more a villain but a doting father to Indu
