Story Synopsis:

Dilip Singh (Raj Singh Chaudhary) comes to Rajpur to study law. From campus ragging to college elections, he is soon embroiled into local politics when his roommate Rananjay Singh (Abhimanyu Singh), who is contesting for the college elections, is murdered. The local kingpin Dukey Bana (Kay Kay Menon) compels Dilip to contest in place of Rananjay on behalf of the Rajputana party and makes him win.Kiran (Ayesha Mohan) who loses to Dilip in elections lures him with her feminine charm and soon takes charge of the party. Once in charge, she refuses to acknowledge Dilip’s advances and attempts to attract Dukey. Blinded by his love for Kiran, the diffident Dilip turns hostile.

Kalpana (Asin Thottumkal), an advertisement model goes around telling her advertisement crew that she is the love interest of Sanjay, in spite of her having never met him and also goes to the extent of giving an interview about her relationship to a popular magazine. Kalpana eventually falls in love with him.Once, while on a train to Mumbai, Kalpana saves a group of young girls from abuse by a group of goons led by Lakshman (Pradeep Rawat). After a few days, the same goons come to Kalpana's house in order to avenge their embarrassment. Incidentally, Sanjay arrives at the scene and fights off the goons, but during the ensuing fight, Kalpana is murdered. The irony showcased is that Kalpana never finds out that he is Sanjay. Lakshman then strikes the downcast Sanjay on his head severely with a metal rod. Sanjay survives the blow, but acquires anterograde amnesia because of the trauma of his brain injury. At any given time, he does not remember anything that happened more than 15 minutes back, although he frequently has flashbacks of Kalpana's murder. He determines to take revenge on those responsible for Kalpana's death. The rest of the story is about how Sanjay, along with a medical college student Sunita (Jiah Khan), goes about finding Lakshman and the goons.

After noticing her death, Ashok too dies by holding his sister's hand. The film ends in a tragedy.

Story Synopsis:

Both end up spending the night on the yacht and when he comes home the next day, his painfully suspicious wife, a hardcore fan of saas-bahu serials, smells fish. Gopal knows it's going to be hard to quell her suspicion so he concocts a cock-and-bull story about having stayed the night with a fictitious friend called Anthony Gonsalves. Ekta refuses to buy his yarn and writes to Anthony (on a fictitious address given to her by Gopal) asking him to visit her. Gopal convinces his junior at work, Laxman (Shreyas Talpade) to pretend to be Anthony.Everything goes according to plan till the address to which Ekta had written to Anthony turns out to be real! If that isn't complication enough for Gopal, a dead body is discovered at the location where he had saved Meera. The Investigating Officer, Madhav (Arshad Warsi), who is Esha's boyfriend and cannot stand the sight of Gopal, learns that the latter had been missing from home that eventful night and begins checking on him. Madhav's investigation results in hilarious chaos and tricky situations where a new lie must be invented at every instance to conceal the previous lie!
