Story Synopsis:
The film centers on the story of a young couple. Vishal (Ajay Devgan) and Swati (Urmila Matondkar) are new residents in a high-rise located in the heart of Mumbai. The prior resident of the couple’s apartment had committed suicide by leaping from the balcony of their suite. Swati learns about this incident shortly after moving in and becomes oddly fixated with the story. Then, a series of inexplicable experiences drive Swati to near madness.Vishal becomes helpless and convinced his wife has developed some sort of psychological disorder. He consults a psychiatrist, Dr. Rajan (Victor Banerjee). The couple’s maid (Seema Biswas) believes Swati to be possessed, and calls in an exorcist (Rekha).Meanwhile, other seemingly unrelated events take place around the building. Story Synopsis:
Viswam (Srikanth) and Murugan (Prabhudeva) are the quarreling neighbors who come to Hyderabad in search of a job. They join Buchayya's (Tanikella Bharani) company as management trainees. Buchayya has a beautiful daughter Sashi Rekha (Namitha). These two guys fall in love with Sasi Rekha. Buchayya promises Viswam and Murugan separately that he would marry his daughter off to them. Buchayya promised them so that he could use them as pawns in his business development. Later on Buchayya gets Bala Raju (Sunil) as the bridegroom for Sasirekha. Viswam and Murugan resent this move. Sasirekha gives an offer to Viswam and Murugan that she is willing to marry both of them if its ok to them. And after 24 hours, Viswam and Murugan give their affirmative nod. The rest of the film is all about how Buchayya tries to stop their marriage. The climax deals with the reason why heroine wanted to wed two guys at a time.

Story Synopsis:
Yedu Kondalu (Ravi Teja) is a responsible citizen of Bobbarlanka, a place where everything is in place but for the polluted water that is coming from the factory. Then the village head forms a team of three comprising of Yedu Kondalu (Ravi Teja), Manga Tayaru (Arti Agarwal) and her grandmother (Telangana Sakuntala) and sends them to Hyderabad so that they could meet the minister and express the village's problem to him.They come to Chudi Bazaar in Hyderabad and stay in the house of Sunny (Ali). It's an area ruled by a lady don Swarnakka (Nalini) who has a nexus with an evil-minded politician cum state minister Naidu (Sayaji Shinde). In the process Yedu Kondalu opposes the atrocities committed by the goons of Swarnakka. He is also cheated by the minister Naidu. The rest of the story is all about how Yedu Kondalu fights Swarnakka and corrupted minister and gets the orders for the closure of polluted factory in their village.
